Summary/Abstract: In the last two decades, concepts such as digital rights, digital division, and digital inequality have entered academic discourse. These are linked to the access or lack thereof to digital technologies and are shaped as a result of technological evolution. In a globalized world, access to digital resources plays a crucial role for the modern individual, for their awareness and development. Within the context of the research conducted in this report, we will analyze how the design of online media can influence accessibility and how the visual aspects of websites affect the ability of different social groups to obtain and utilize information. Studies indicate that effective and inclusive design can significantly reduce access barriers and facilitate social inclusion. Thus, timely and equal access to news, information, and online resources can decrease social division and provide equal opportunities not only for information but in every aspect of personal development and well-being.
