Summary/Abstract: A major way AI is being used in media and entertainment is through content development. AI algorithms can analyze large data sets to create content designed for specific audiences. The future of the entertainment media industry is real-time, personal, and interactive. Digital humans enable brands to create all of these today – for media and streaming platforms, for influencers or companies, for a metauniverse of gaming and Web 3.0. AI can also create new types of content. The focus is on creating digital humans by repurposing 3D rendering software and motion capture technologies. This leads to high-quality visual output similar to modern entertainment media. Lil Miquela's creators, for example, use basic programming with machine learning to give her context and help her evolve. Thus, AI plays an essential role in audience engagement and marketing.
