Summary/Abstract: The paper explores the essential role of family education in supporting the development of preschool children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), from the perspective of modern psychopedagogical paradigms. The emphasis is on the involvement of parents as active partners in the educational and therapeutic process, in accordance with constructivist, family-centered and humanistic models. The study uses a mixed methodology, combining questionnaires, observation grids and semi-structured interviews applied to a sample of 12 families. The results indicate a significant increase in parental involvement and progress in children's functional communication after an 8-week intervention carried out in the family environment. The conclusions emphasize the importance of parental training and interdisciplinary collaboration for effective early intervention. The paper offers relevant theoretical and practical contributions to the field of special psychopedagogy, proposing concrete directions for inclusive educational policies and supporting families in the context of ASD.
