Summary/Abstract: In recent decades, inclusive education for students with special educational needs (SEN) has become a priority in mainstream schools, aiming to support their adaptation and active participation. Its success depends on teachers’ positive attitudes, the presence of support staff, adequate psycho-pedagogical services, and available material and spatial resources. Challenges remain, including prejudice, stigmatization, and a lack of adapted pedagogical approaches. Inclusive education requires continuous school improvement and optimal use of human resources to meet individual needs. Teachers with favorable attitudes are more responsive to adapting teaching methods, promoting the social and educational integration of SEN students. The absence of a clear theoretical and practical framework for developing such attitudes highlights the need for further research.
