Summary/Abstract: This report summarizes information regarding the management of work-based learning in the partner countries of the consortium established under the "Balkan WBL Cooperation" project: Bulgaria, Greece, North Macedonia, and Romania. The data included has been gathered through surveys and questionnaires conducted among various target groups – employers, training organizations, and policy-responsible institutions. Specific recommendations are formulated to address the identified challenges related to the need for improved systemic management of organizing practical training.
