Summary/Abstract: This report examines the impacts of the U.S.-China trade war on global financial markets and economies. Beginning in 2018, the trade conflict between the world’s two largest economies led to a series of tariffs and restrictions on goods, disrupting international trade flows and increasing uncertainty. The report explores how the tariffs affected the economies of the U.S. and China individually, with significant consequences for industries, consumers, and currency stability in each country. It also addresses the wider global implications, including shifts in supply chains, increased volatility in financial markets, and emerging trade alliances.
