Summary/Abstract: Sustainable economic development and a stable outlook for GDP growth in the medium term, supported by predictable macroeconomic policy, a good fiscal position with a low and declining debt level, structural challenges to the labor market related to demographic changes and the characteristics of the workforce, are the three factors that led the rating agency Moody’s to confirm Bulgaria’s credit rating of Baa2 with a stable outlook. According to data from the Ministry of Finance, public finances are stable, the economy is growing, and a positive environment has been created for international investors. The forecasts for the next two years, coming from the Ministry of Finance, the European Commission, and the IMF, are for smooth and sustainable growth, supported by domestic demand, increased exports, and a decline in unemployment. One of the opportunities for sustainable business development is provided by Facility Management.
