This is done not only in terms of digitization of services, but also in connection with the functional purpose and management of local resources – human, financial, etc. This report examines some key aspects of the digitalization processes directly related to the increase of the efficiency of local government operations. In light of accelerated development of information and communication technologies (ICT) and the ever-changing internet environment, one of the main challenges for local public organizations is the digitalization of their operations.
