That is why knowing and analyzing the state of human resources, their needs and expectations is very important in our dynamic modern times. It is characteristic of Devin municipality that a large part of the local population is directly dependent on tourism in the region. This leads to relatively low staff turnover and high motivation to achieve high results, and to a large extent the attitudes of employees and organizations coincide. The survey aims to investigate the extent to which organizations and their employees are aware of the benefits of implementing policies for environmental protection, circular economy and green transition. The analysis made in this survey can be used as a model for researching employees in other sectors and regions in Bulgaria.
