Summary/Abstract: Health mediation is well established in the field of social work in Bulgaria, while educational mediation is still searching for its way, recognition and sustainability. In this article we analyse the legal framework regulating educational mediation, its implementation, development and challenges in the context of the successful integration of the Roma community into the Bulgarian education system.
