Summary/Abstract: The COVID 19 pandemic has reshaped the social and economic life on a regional and country basis as well as globally and opened the doors of a new era. In this period, especially working at home or at home and digital working methods pioneered the establishment of a new type of life in business and social life by using the developing technology. In this process, while state regulations gained weight especially in the economy and social life, the internet and social media in private life took an important place in the daily lives of individuals and started a new era.
