Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to analyze cyberstalking as a risk behavior from in cyberspace among secondary and university students. The results are examined from the perspective of victim, which designed schoolmate and student as aggressors. Aggressors designed schoolmates and students like a most frequent victims. Transition from cyberstalking to direct physical stalking is also examined. The most common option is given "He/she spread about me information or rumors, rumors on the Internet, in public space or otherwise verbally". Cyberstalking present a dangerous form of stalking using modern communication technologies, especially the Internet. This phenomenon has now legal impact and is given an increased attention.
