Summary/Abstract: The businesses are aware of the models of leadership, the styles of management andorganizational paradigms which could impede the economic growth. Most of the organizations try tochange themselves and adapt to the style of leadership in accordance with the business environment. Leadership,culture and motivation of the employees define the organizational capacities and become more andmore complex in the last years.
