Summary/Abstract: The present theoretical analysis discusses different points of view related to the impact of modern marketing strategies applied with the help of modern digital tools. Corporations try to use all proven elements of consumer knowledge as a strategic element. A cause for concern is that innovative business approaches can have a serious effect on the balance between consumer favorability and company profitability.
