Summary/Abstract: The subject of the chapter concerns the work motivation of employees based on the concept of total rewards. The aim of the research was to find out the opinions of logistics students on the importance of the different types of motivators for the level of work motivation of employees in the TFL industry. The results indicate that the most important are salary motivators and some intangible motivators (good atmosphere at work, stable workplace, opportunity for career advancement) and non-salary motivators (comfortable workplace, trainings, modern work tools). The results of the study can contribute to the issue of building employee motivation based on the total rewards system in the context of the challenges of sustainable human resource management.
