Summary/Abstract: The TFL industry's companies are slowly getting involved in environmental activities. Their job offers should refer to green competences. On the example of 207 job offers for a driver and a warehouseman posted on Internet portals, the type of sought-after employee competences was traced. It was noted that companies are not yet ready to consider pro-environmental activities as an element of competitive advantage, as their job offers usually did not refer to green competences.
