Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with the development of information resources by establishing the collection of university documentary heritage from institutional publications. The documents can be accessed through the Compulsory University Deposit Collection, the Digital Library and the ORA USARB Institutional Repository. The DOU collection has a double function of archiving and promotion, by supporting research and innovation.
