Summary/Abstract: Social relations in higher education institutions, based on self-governing principles, are determined by a number of important factors, primarily the socio-economic position of working people in these institutions. This points us to the fact that self-governing relations in higher education institutions cannot be viewed separately from the overall socio-economic relations (which are dominant in these institutions and live - in society in general.)
