Summary/Abstract: The publication is a comprehensive study on the issue of human trafficking in international law. The topic is complex and multi-faceted, which is why it can be analyzed from a number of legal perspectives, including public international law, international criminal law, transnational criminal law, national law and international human rights law. Human trafficking takes on many forms and affects almost all countries, regardless of whether they are the victims' places of origin, transit or destination countries. This is the third most profitable type of organized crime in the world, after drug and arms trafficking.
