Summary/Abstract: The author presents the activities of contemporary Polish artists from a pedagogical perspective. I am looking for common threads undertaken by artists and critical educators, analyzing selected artistic projects of Polish contemporary art, describing them and situating them in a pedagogical context. It presents the educational possibilities of art from the perspective of critical pedagogy, pointing not only to the aesthetic values ​​of works, but also to tolerance, dialogue with other people, interpersonal relationships, subjectivity, and democracy in education.The publication is a great source of knowledge about selected works of Polish contemporary art for use by teachers in working with young people and adults, and a perfect complement to knowledge about contemporary art for educators.
