Summary/Abstract: A re-edition of a classic treatise by Tadeusz Kotarbiński – a philosopher, educator, the creator of autonomous ethics, a thinker committed to social problems, one of the founders and the first rector of the University of Łódź as well as the name behind the award for the best work in the field of Humanities. “Since in reality everything is connected with everything, thus when working on anything for any purposes – if one wishes to do one’s best – various relationships need to be taken into consideration. Therefore, thinking of any strategies and activities, doing research when rationalizing planning, the better one does it, the more complex and richer the relationships become which have to be accommodated in the sphere of one’s knowledge.”
