Summary/Abstract: The book deals with the topic of local employment projects financed by the European Social Fund in the Czech Republic and their potential to enhance employability of selected vulnerability groups of job seekers. Most chapters are devoted to the evaluation of an example local employment project. On this case study, the author shows how similar projects can be evaluated, what may be their strengths and weaknesses, and how much they can contribute to increasing employability of their participants.
