Summary/Abstract: The Concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (hereinafter called “CSR“) is not totally unknown. Even in the Czech Republic it has become a subject ofa number of researches, nevertheless majority of them remain at the stage of research of awareness and understanding of the concept. Implementation of CSR in corporate practice brings many advantages, though many of them start to affect the company only after publication of its CSR activities. Until that pointthe business gains only limited benefits in form of savings, or it runs just the philanthropy activities – in best case the strategically target ones. This finding constitutes the ground for this monography´s concentration on the area of CSR reporting. Analysis of previous researches has revealed that only a little number of them deals with determination of the state of CSR reporting in post-communist countries and the evaluation is often limited to selected displays of CSR reporting. For this reason, the target of the research presented here in was set as identification of integrating approach to integration of CSR information within their Annual Report in the Czech Republic. The approach was evaluated from several perspectives, which, based on the study of available literature, had been selected as the most frequent when evaluating displays of CSR reporting. The annual reports were selected not only due to their significance and certainty of occurrence of information at least on some CSR themes but also due to growing trend of integration of CSR information in this very type of reports.
