Summary/Abstract: Dimitrije Tucović (1881-1914), the founder of the Serbian Social Democratic Party is one of the very few Serbian describing the Serbian-Albanian relations from a fair point of view without any racist elements. After his return from the Balkan War (1913), he published his influential book, which analyzes the roots of Serbian-Albanian conflict. It developed its impact as one of the most important Marxist contributions on the national question in the Balkans.
