Summary/Abstract: This book is devoted to the language rights of beneficiaries of international protection in the multicentric legal system of the Republic of Poland. Until now, such rights have been studied mainly in the context of national minorities, with the situation of immigrants being overlooked. The monograph analyses international and national law and compares regulations across selected European Union countries to determine the standard of protection for the language rights of beneficiaries of international protection in Poland. The research has enabled the construction of a model for protecting these rights and the formulation of conclusions de lege lata and de lege ferenda.
