Summary/Abstract: The book concerns the communication policy of local governments in Poland. It contains data from research conducted in 200 local government units on the use of various instruments of communication with citizens and the results of surveys on the social reception of communication at the local level. It is a continuation of research published in 2013, which allows for the identification of changes that have occurred in the communication of local governments over the last 10 years.
