Summary/Abstract: ORIGINAL PUBLISHED 71 1933 by Nakladatelství „ORBIS“ Praha. // This political handbook aims to describe the internal political development of Europe after the World War. However, it is not limited to this period in time, but also follows the development of previous years for historical and comparative reasons. Knowledge of the paths that Europe has taken since the beginning of this century will only allow a more correct assessment of the development of post-war — present Europe. // The expected domestic political events in France and Germany and the parliamentary elections in many other countries caused the publication of the European Handbook to be postponed. It therefore comes to the reader's hands at a time when it has covered in detail almost fifteen post-war years. Although the development of political events will not lack in force and momentum in the future, the author decided to publish the Handbook precisely at this time when current problems require a calm overview, reflection and comparison, for which this work tries to be a reliable and impartial basis.
