Summary/Abstract: The KNOWCON 2025 conference proceedings present current research and debate on key topics in economics and management, held on December 4-5, 2025 in Olomouc under the auspices of the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Palacký University. Contributions span innovation and strategic management, knowledge management (including spiritual and cultural dimensions), soft skills and education, digitalization of HR and operations, AI and data-driven decision-making, sustainability and electromobility, international cooperation and cultural heritage, organizational resilience, and methodological advances. Together, the papers highlight practical and policy-relevant insights while fostering interdisciplinary dialogue on the evolving dynamics of knowledge work and socio-economic systems.
