Summary/Abstract: Starting from the point of view that cultural differences and their respect are of essential importance for the constitution and survival of various group social identities, the authors in the monograph respond to the challenge of an in-depth study of both the general legal regulation of culture and cultural activities which, due to the multiplicity of their expressions, by the nature of things, often escape precise and detailed legal regulation, but also the relationship between cultural and minority rights, as well as the legal framework in which the cultural activities of national minorities take place, with the focus of the analysis being on the legal framework of cultural activities of national minorities.
