Summary/Abstract: The second part of the monograph in which the author provides an innovative analysis of methodological pitfalls in scientific research in the field of human resource management. In a manner accessible to readers who are not psychologists, she discusses, among other things, the most commonly used psychological diagnostic tools, which enable quick and accurate identification of human types. She also emphasises the multitude of tools of unproven value, assesses the accuracy of self-description methods and the impact of cognitive errors on employee assessment and recruitment processes.
