Summary/Abstract: Helsinki committee for Human Rights in Serbia has prepared this collection of documents referring to the current phase of the Kosovo crisis and ongoing efforts for resolving the status of Kosovo, in order to offer it to participants of the Conference "Self-determination in International Law: Applications to the Kosovo Case" (held on November 1998). It will serve as referential material for this Conference, but at the same time it also have a longer-lasting value.
