Summary/Abstract: I worked in the office of the Chief of the General Staff of the VJ during the Kosovo crisis, as well as in the post-war period until October 5, 2000. I was able to attend the NG VJ collegiums in the capacity of a technical person who had the obligation to record the collegium discussions and transcribe them. Attending such meetings at the time of the politicization of the VJ by Milošević, I had access to information that clearly indicated that through politicization and negative personnel policy, he wanted to achieve complete and unquestioning party subordination of the army to the then political top of the country.
