Summary/Abstract: The FEST is a quantitative test, but thanks to the annotations to the individual activities it allows to assess the qualitative aspect. It has been standardized for adult patients after CMP (over 18 years old) in post-acute inpatient rehabilitation care. FEST scores are objective with respect to the clinical condition of the patient, but their severity depends on the patient's social background. The FEST contains 30 items, divided into 9 activity categories (mobility, stability, locomotion, dressing, hygiene, eating, household care, communication, and finances). It allows to adequately assess the current level of self-sufficiency in the daily mostly personal activities of patients after stroke.
