Summary/Abstract: This book, while not a complete guide or a chronological monograph, and without claiming to recount the history of Warsaw in its entirety, aims solely to assist foreign tourists seeking to discover the Polish capital, and to draw their attention to the monuments it contains and the memories they evoke. The individual character of any city, which can claim a past, is manifested primarily by its art and explained by its history. These two elements must be considered in order to grasp the particularities of each country, to be able to appreciate and appreciate the genius of each race.
