Summary/Abstract: As part of the project Monitoring trials for crimes related to the conflict in Kosovo and involving young people in the justice sector, the Fund for Humanitarian Law Kosovo (HHL Kosovo) continued in 2019 with regular monitoring of trials for war crimes that were organized before the courts in Kosovo. In the reporting period, individual trials related to the events that took place during the armed conflict in Kosovo (Prosecutor v. Ivan Todosijević case) were monitored, as well as those that had a political character (Prosecutor v. Nedeljko Spasojević case).
