Summary/Abstract: This is the second in a series of three publications, prepared as part of the CIDEC project - Citizens' Dialogue for European Consensus, which Citizen Initiatives, under the leadership of the Delegation of the European Commission in the Republic of Serbia, implements in cooperation with the EU Integration Fund, and is technically realized by Press Now. This project is conceived as a set of related activities, among which is the production of these publications that follow a series of public events - international conferences and local public debates, on topics that are important for the inclusion of citizens in the process of European integration.
