Summary/Abstract: The publication contains a multi-level interdisciplinary analysis of the situation of immigrants from Ukraine in Poland. The authors paid special attention to key challenges such as the situation of the Ukrainians on the Polish labour market, systemic solutions in education and healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic and their impact on the adaptation process. The study is particularly important in the context of the mass influx of refugees from Ukraine after the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in 2022. It provides insightful analysis and practical guidance for decision-makers and supporting organisations.
