Summary/Abstract: In the monograph, the author innovatively discusses nine psychological reefs that managers may encounter, preceded by considerations of the contemporary context for overcoming them. The author also presents a variety of issues, such as the dynamic transformation of our world, information overload, feelings of crowding, and an excess of shallow relationships, devoting a significant section to neural networks... The whole is well grounded in recognised theories of cognitive psychology and neuroscience. The division of cognitive errors into reefs and traps used in the book is an interesting attempt to classify phenomena in the literature. The publication also contains valuable tips for managers on how to avoid or overcome reefs and traps.
