Summary/Abstract: Created to inform, educate and entertain, the media are undoubtedly the most powerful tool for shaping public opinion, influencing people's behaviour and forming attitudes on various political, economic and social issues, but also the most perfect tool for creating and developing a democratic culture, encouraging, developing and nurturing the spirit of critical thinking. With the rapid development of modern information technologies, the media in the world and in our country are becoming increasingly diverse and accessible, thus opening up space for new legal dilemmas and shedding light on issues that were not the focus of legislators or judges until a few decades or even years ago.
