Summary/Abstract: The Ministry of Economy of Montenegro, as a key agency responsible for the arms transfer control system, has produced the Fifth Report on Foreign Trade in Arms, Military Equipment and Dual-Use Goods. This Report gives an overview of the issued licenses for export, import and brokering activities and describes the cooperation of the Ministry with international institutions and organizations in the area of arms, military equipment and dual-use transfer control. Given that the licenses issued in 2010 can be realized until the closing of year 2011, this report does not cover the realization of licenses issued in 2010.
