Summary/Abstract: First of all, fact-checking is a powerful, effective tool for exposing political manipulations and factual speculation on sensitive social issues, a vivid means of demonstrating the real competence of politicians and officials, a platform for in-depth investigations, supported by facts from open sources, which practically makes accusations of bias and subjectivity impossible. And, paraphrasing Taras Shevchenko's prophetic words "fight and you will win", we can say - "expose and you will be exposed", using the fact-checking concept and its effective methods.
