Summary/Abstract: This publication includes two types of outputs: materials for professional seminars in the form of briefing papers and seminar summaries. Just as the topics of individual seminars varied, the briefing papers also differ in their format and focus. Some provide a political science or economic analysis of a selected issue, others merely summarize recent developments, and some served solely to open the discussion at the seminar, which also reflects their brief, almost slogan-like character. All the more interesting and comprehensive conclusions can subsequently be found in the summaries of the relevant debates.
