Summary/Abstract: The Republic of Serbia is in the process of negotiations on accession to the European Union. Bearing in mind that the member states must ensure the full and correct implementation of the legal acquis of the European Union on their territory from the moment of accession, there is a need for the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia to be amended in order to fulfill this obligation.
