Summary/Abstract: The Constitution of the Republic of Serbia, which was adopted in 2006, still produces numerous problems in practice. The Constitutional Court of Serbia has difficulties in making decisions and judgments due to conflicting legal norms, and the political system is still unstable and illogical. For almost seven years of its existence, the Constitution has not stood the test of time. The authors analyze the specific reasons for changing the Constitution in three parts: the basic provisions, the catalog of rights and the system of organization of state power. Also, the authors explain how it is possible to carry out the procedure of revision of the constitution through the actual constitutional assembly. The work is a continuation of the author's previous research on the necessity of constitutional revision and the possibilities of its implementation in the Republic of Serbia.
