Summary/Abstract: This Guide differs from the previous ones in that key sources are listed at the end of each chapter that can help all those interested to access the original EU documents, as well as additional analyzes of the presented topics in both Serbian and English. At the end of the Guide, a chronology and glossary of key terms are presented, which should make it easier for readers to find their way through the numerous changes in the PSBP. Among the appendices of the Guide is a tabular presentation of Serbia's progress in the last four years in fulfilling its obligations from Chapter 24 (PSBP). On this occasion, we would like to point out that Saša Đorđević and Stevan Tanasijević provided us with help in collecting and preparing the material. They also prepared the contributions and many of the illustrations in this Guide. Comments on the versions of the text were made by the editors of the Guide, Nataša Dragojlović and Tanja Miščević, and the whole process was coordinated by Željko Vujković.
