Summary/Abstract: This year, 2012, the European Movement in Serbia completes 20 years of existence and pursues its mission with an enviable wealth of diverse activities and successes achieved by numerous members and admirers of the idea and purpose of the Movement's existence and work. Among those who contributed the most to the successes of the Movement, Živorad Kovačević, who has been the president of this organization for the last two to six years, is the most well-known. With all the dreams that the Movement will not be able to pay their respects to, and until the end of the day, they are alive to Kovačević and that he will not accept anything that he did not even expect, from the fact that this monograph is with a few people, from whom we will follow in the lead.
