Summary/Abstract: The Bibliographic Bulletin No. 12 of the Institute for Literature at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences covers the entire printed and electronic scientific production of its members for 2015–2016. The issue provides information on the scientific interests and contributions of the literary scholars, prominent in the various fields of literary studies. The participation of researchers as authors of monographs, studies, articles, textbooks, as well as their specific activities as compilers, editors, reviewers and translators of scientific and fiction literature is included. The classification scheme is taken into account with the nature of the publications and covers the main sections of literary studies. The Institute's publications – thematic and anniversary collections, series and scientific journals (the latter – included in international information systems for referencing, indexing and evaluation in the field of humanities), as well as IL project sites, are pointed at the beginning of the newsletter. The participation of the researchers is underlined and is not duplicated in the corresponding subsection “Compiler, editor, comment”. The materials (mostly reviewed de visu) are presented with a bibliographic description according to the established standard. The generally accepted hierarchy of sources is followed – Books; Collections; Series, magazines, newspapers, electronic sources. Subsections are separated: Scientific life, profiles, announcements; Reviews of scientific researches; Textbooks; Compiler, editor, comment; Dissertations; Reviews of fiction; Translations; Interviews. The specific bibliographic descriptions are arranged alphabetically by the authors' last names (separately in Cyrillic and Latin) or by the first word of the title. An asterisk in front of the serial number marks publications that were found bibliographically or based on the author's information, but were not reviewed de visu. In cases where the material has been published in several sources, it is described under the first publication, and the remaining sources are indicated in a note. The names of the Institute's researchers are underlined wherever they are not a first word (compiler, editor, translator, author of forewords, interviews). The index unites the individual activities of the specific author, which gives an idea of his overall appearance during the indicated period.
