Summary/Abstract: Viktor Dyk organized and published two volumes of his "Memoirs and Comments" (Vzpomínky a komentáře) in 1927. From their content, it was clear at first glance that the author had made a very strict selection of works already printed, supplementing and enriching them with some new manuscripts. The organizer of this current collection had a task all the more difficult, since it was easier for the deceased as an author who sovereignly takes responsibility for himself; moreover, the very title of both volumes led to a further narrowing of the selection, which was quite natural. The organizer of our collection solved the difficulty and responsibility by presenting Dykov's printed works as completely as possible and by arranging them chronologically; this in turn will make the work easier for Dykov's future biographer and future political historian. - PUBLISHED IN 1932 BY ZEMĚDĚLSKÉ KNIHKUPECTVÍ A.
