Summary/Abstract: This book presents the results of the author's research in the field of compensation regimes before supranational courts. In contrast to the solutions provided by national legislation, on the supranational level, a clear and transparent system of legal rules is lacking, as well as a sufficiently developed theoretical base in the area of ​​compensation for damages. This is an under-researched area, both in domestic and foreign literature, which was a special challenge for the author, but also a responsibility.
