Summary/Abstract: We published Ljuba's first text on the Peščanika website on November 9, 2016 under the title "Plastic Cult". In the next 5 years, he wrote another 460. He wrote the last text in this book, "Supreme Commander of Hemp", on October 5, 2021. The title of the book was chosen by the author, based on the title of his early text from April 2017. This is a book about Aleksandar Vučić. During his long reign our authors ran away, cried "I am not his biographer" and stopped writing. Ljuba moved in the opposite direction and asked for two texts a week instead of one. He treads through the mud of the Vučić regime, observes it closely and reports on it in a live broadcast. That is his mission. We have been postponing the compilation of this book while waiting for the corona to end. In fact, we were waiting for Vučić to fall, so that we would have a happy ending. We haven't seen either, but both will disappear, sometime in the future. Vucic maybe before corona. And all the reasons for that are already available in this book. October 2021
